Home Purchase Incentive Program
This is an exciting new program we have put in place to help assist tenants who wish to make the transition from renting to ownership. This program will only be available to tenants that rent a property managed by Five Star Property Management. The program will work as follows:
When a tenant decides they no longer want to rent and are ready to purchase a home, they can agree to work with our Real Estate sister company John Jones Real Estate as a client. In agreeing to work with us as their realtor in the buying process, we will credit them $500 towards their buyers closing costs.
